Prof. Yongsheng Zhang

Information Engineering University, China

Professor Yongsheng Zhang is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Geospatial Information, Information Engineering University of the Chinese People 's Liberation Army. At present, he is a member of the Discipline Evaluation Group of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and the Deputy Director of the Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing Professional Committee of the Chinese Society of Surveying and Mapping. He has been selected as the training object of the leading talents of the national special support plan and the leading talents of military science and technology. He has long been engaged in aerospace remote sensing engineering, remote sensing information processing theory and space intelligence research. His scientific research achievements have won three second-class awards for national technological inventions, and the first-class award for military and ministerial scientific and technological progress. Ten academic monographs were published and 10 national invention patents were obtained. On May 25,2016, an academic report on the progress of new technology in space remote sensing surveying and mapping was made in North China University of Water Resources and Hydropower. On May 30,2017, he was awarded the National Innovation Competition Award, the China Association for Science and Technology Seeking Truth Award, the Military Academy Education Award, and the second-class meritorious service three times.

Prof. Liqiang Zhang

Beijing Normal University, China

Professor Liqiang Zhang is a professor and doctoral supervisor in the Department of Geography, Beijing Normal University, and a recipient of the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars. He has long been engaged in research in the fields of GIS spatial and temporal analysis, remote sensing image / point cloud processing, environment and public health, and presided over scientific research projects such as the National Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has won academic awards such as the Geneva International Invention Exhibition Gold Award, the First Prize of Surveying and Mapping Technology Progress Award, the First Prize of Wu Wenjun 's Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Innovation Award, and the First Prize of the Ministry of Education 's Higher Education Natural Science Award. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Artificial Intelligence Remote Sensing Interpretation Committee of the China Association for Remote Sensing Applications and the Deputy Director of the Laser Radar Special Committee of the Chinese National Committee of the International Digital Earth Society.

Prof. Chaoying Zhao

Changan University, China

Professor Chaoying Zhao is a doctoral supervisor and professor of surveying and mapping in Chang 'an University. He is a postdoctoral fellow of the United States Geological Survey ( USGS ), a member of the Education Committee of the Chinese Society of Surveying, Mapping and Geoinformation, a winner of excellent doctoral dissertations in Shaanxi Province, and a winner of the " Xi 'an Youth May Fourth Medal. " The main research fields are radar remote sensing, deformation monitoring and geological disasters. It is devoted to InSAR dynamic deformation monitoring, large-scale geological disaster investigation, typical landslide monitoring and early warning and mechanism analysis. In recent years, it has presided over one key research and development project and five national natural science fund projects. Participating in 973 national natural key projects and three general funds. He published more than 60 SCI papers in RSE, GRL, EG, Landslides, GRSL, etc., including more than 30 first ( communication ) authors. Apply for 12 invention patents ; it won one second prize of national science and technology progress award, one first prize of surveying and mapping science and technology progress award, and one second prize of land and resources science and technology award professional group.

Prof. Tie Liu

Zhejiang University of Technology, China

Professor Tie Liu was elected to the National Talent Program in 2013. He has long been engaged in the research work of watershed coupling model construction, geographic information mining and sustainable development of watershed ecological environment. He deeply integrates big data, remote sensing and geographic information technology, artificial intelligence, and focuses on the spatial and temporal information analysis and intelligent decision support of complex systems such as watershed, ecology, environment, emergency, agriculture and city. A series of remarkable achievements have been made in watershed hydrological simulation, watershed digital twin, watershed and urban flood forecasting, underground pipeline network optimization and sponge city construction, water environment simulation and water treatment, intelligent agriculture-water conservancy-city, etc., which realizes the visual expression of spatial relationship and the simulation of spatial and temporal evolution of physical process, and provides guarantee for decision support. In the past five years, he has presided over six national, provincial and ministerial projects, with a cumulative amount of 66.16 million yuan, and won two provincial and ministerial progress awards. A total of 128 papers were published, of which 94 papers were included in SCI, and 24 papers were published in TOP journals of Earth 's Future, Journal of Hydrology, Water resources Management and other industries by the first or corresponding authors. There are 9 doctoral students and 8 master 's students, including 4 foreign graduate students. He is currently Secretary-General of Xinjiang Natural Resources Society, Editorial Board Member of Journal of Hydrology : Regional study and Journal of Arid Land, and Correspondent Member of Royal Overseas Academy of Sciences of Belgium. In Uzbekistan University of Irrigation and Agricultural Engineering, Xinjiang University, Xinjiang Normal University as a visiting professor.

Prof. Qingfeng Hu

North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, China

Major in Geodesy and Surveying Engineering, graduated in June 2011 from China University of Mining and Technology (Beijing). Recognized as a young backbone teacher in Henan Province. Currently employed at the Department of Surveying Engineering, School of Surveying and Geographic Information Engineering, North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power, serving as the department chair. Has presided over and completed one National Natural Science Youth Fund project and one subproject of a Key National Natural Science Foundation project; participated in the completion of four National Natural Science Foundation projects and one New Engineering project by the Ministry of Education; also involved in one Ministry of Education demonstration project on ideological and political education in courses, including teaching excellence and team projects. Awarded the First Prize of Henan Province Scientific and Technological Progress (2020, 4th author), First Prize of the Surveying Science and Technology Award by the Chinese Society for Geodesy, Photogrammetry and Cartography (2020, 2nd author), named one of the Top Ten Innovative Figures in Surveying and Mapping Science and Technology in Henan Province (2019), and Third Prize of the Science and Technology Award by the National Coal Industry Association (2019, 2nd author). Published more than 10 papers indexed by SCI or EI journals and authored 2 monographs.
