North China University of Water Resources and Electric Power (NCWU), founded in 1951, is a renowned institution co-built by the Ministry of Water   Resources and the People's Government of Henan Province. It is a characteristic backbone university in Henan Province and is actively participating in China's "Double First-Class" initiative.The university offers 69 full-time undergraduate programs. It also boasts a strong postgraduate education system with 4 first-level doctoral degree authorization disciplines and 23 first-level master's degree authorization disciplines.
